HOW TO REGISTER FOR FIITJEE ADMISSION TEST

ONLINE REGISTRATION

  1. Sign up on registration.fiitjee.com with your Mobile Number.
  2. Participate in one or more of the following activities to earn incentives of up to 99% on your Registration Fee:
    1. Fill out the Detailed Form for an instant 50%
    2. Participate in the FREE Online Aptitude Test for up to 75% incentive based on your test performance.
    3. Book a Personal Counselling Session for personalized expert guidance and up to 75% incentive.
    4. Attend a special seminar conducted by FIITJEE for a flat 50% off on your Registration Fee.
  3. Pay online through UPI / Net Banking and download your Hall Ticket.

OFFLINE REGISTRATION

  1. Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at the nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the prescribed Test fee in cash, a copy of your Aadhar Card, and two passport size photographs. You can also post/courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order with a copy of your Aadhar Card and two passport-sized photographs to the nearest FIITJEE Centre.
  2. Alternatively, you may post/courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order* with a copy of your Aadhar Card and two passport-sized photographs to the nearest FIITJEE Centre. In this case, your Hall ticket will be e-mailed to you. An online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically, and the username/password will be printed on the hall ticket. It is mandatory to log in with this information at www.fiitjeelogin.com and update your Full Profile before the test. Failure to do so will restrict access to sample papers, OMR sheet images, and test results online.
  3. Visit the FIITJEE Centre to collect the Paper Application form from the reception, fill the form, affix two photos, and attach the last year mark sheet/ ID Xerox to receive the Hall Ticket. Payments can be made by DD/Cash.

 

*The DD/Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE LTD. Open Test, Aptitude Test, etc. A/C, payable at respective locations mentioned against the list of Test Centres given in the Information Booklet handed over along with the Paper Application Form. Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan, etc., on your mobile phone through SMS. To receive this information promptly, ensure that your mobile number is not registered under NDNC. Send SMS “STOP DND” from your mobile phone to 1909 (Toll Free) to deregister from NDNC.

ENROLMENT PROCESS

Upon successfully participating in a FIITJEE Scholarship cum Admission Test (such as Big Bang Edge Test, FTRE, DRONACHARYA, Fortunate 40, IIT Genius, RENAISSANCE, etc.) and meeting the cut-off marks for selection, students gain eligibility to enrol in a FIITJEE Program of their preference (chosen based on the exam result). The subsequent stage involves fulfilling the admission requirements, commonly referred to as ENROLMENT PROCESS.

On the day of Result Declaration, students need to visit www.testresults.fiitjee.com & check their result online with the help of their 19-DIGIT REGISTRATION NUMBER & STUDENT ID (SID) printed on Hall ticket. Following the result check, they are required to visit their nearest FIITJEE Centre to acquire the relevant Fee Plan for their preferred FIITJEE Program.

Engaging with expert counsellors at the centre, students and parents can gain insights into various FIITJEE Programs. The counsellors offer guidance tailored to the student’s unique Academic Goals and Aspirations, assisting them in selecting the most suitable program. Subsequently, the centre provides the applicable Fee Plan(s) for the chosen program.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION:

The following documents must be submitted during the time of admission for seamless onboarding into a FIITJEE Program:

  1. NEFT / IMPS / Demand Draft payment details of the Admission Fee.
  2. Local / at par post-dated cheque(s) (CTS-2010 only)
  3. Enrolment Form duly complete in all respects with Demand Draft(s) / Pay Order(s) / Local at par post-dated cheque(s) Annexure “A” to “D” with DECLARATION/ UNDERTAKINGS.
  4. Color Photographs of Student:
    1. Passport size (Six)
    2. Stamp size 2.5 x 2 cm. (One)
  5. Three Passport size color photographs of Father / Mother / Legal Guardian (who will be issuing Post Dated Cheque(s))
  6. Admission Test Hall Ticket (in Original).
  7. Admission offers letter (copy of on-line result).
  8. Any one of the following documents:
    1. Photocopy of School ID card with photograph OR
    2. Photocopy of last Board or School Marksheet supported by any Identity Proof of student OR
    3. Photocopy of Transfer Certificate OR
    4. Bonafide certificate issued by the Principal of School with student’s photograph.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The name of the student or registration number, along with working mobile number, should be written on the backside of each instrument (DD(s)/Cheque(s)) before submission for admission.
  • The Megacosm (For Books order), myPat / Gorifire declaration, and e-notebook (for the tab order form if required) should be filled separately.
  • The user profile (at http://www.fiitjeelogin.com) must be updated (100% in all segments) before the submission of the Enrolment form.

The format of the SIBLING affidavit and required additional documents in case of sibling benefit should be produced (in case Sibling Benefit is availed at the time of Admission as per policy in force at the time).
